the location suited my needs it was a short walk or taxi ride to the centre i liked having several restaurants and bars nearby the hotel overlooked the marina and the cathedral there were beautiful views from the bar and restaurant. breakfast was varied and delicious i found the staff friendly and helpful alicia in guest relations stood out. my room was spacious and modern with a view of the marina and cathedral it had everything i needed.

the balcony chairs lacked cushions , made them uncomfortable at first but i was able to request some

The hotel offered a convenient location close to the marina. Our room included many pillows and a large bed (it was very comfortable!). We also used the facilities after checkout due to a late flight. They even provided a room for showering before departure, a unexpected perk.

Really good Stay with Perfect Service

fine viewspeaceful staylimited hours

i stayed in the supreme room sea cathedral view. the room offered fine views of the marina. complimentary water was provided daily which i appreciated. the room also included excellent soundproofing. housekeeping maintained the room to perfection daily maintaining a very clean space.

i found the outdoor pool hours limited. the pool closes relatively early. it wasn't possible to swim before breakfast. it also wasn't possible after returning from daytime excursions.

the supreme room sea cathedral view was spacious and well appointed. the bed was super comfortable which allowed restful sleep. the room had panoramic views of the port and cathedral. the accessories in the room were of excellent quality including bathrobes and an abundance of pillows.

the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh ingredients. i particularly enjoyed the view of the harbour during breakfast. there are lovely restaurants available overlooking the marina. joe's bistro offered amazing food and is located just outside the hotel.

i had a beautiful room it was spacious and very clean the bed was comfy with lots of pillows i also liked the products in the room they smelt lovely i found the staff helpful quick and friendly whenever i asked for anything they were quick to get it and help out.

i found the ironing situation frustrating irons were restricted to 30 minutes at a time and took 20 mins to arrive also they were often swapped for broken steamers the breakfast selection wasn't the best the hot selection was stone cold.

i enjoyed the breakfast. there was LOTS of variety. i really liked the fresh orange juice and traditional mallorcan sweets. i appreciated the free upgrade to a junior suite. the room was modern, spacious, and stylish.

The reception staff was efficient but cold. smiles go a long way. the shower design left water spraying everywhere at times. the ironing situation was very frustrating. Irons were 'restricted' to 30 minutes at a time.

The room was clean and spacious, a point IN its favor.

The minibar wasn't refilled during my 3-night stay. It was quite annoying. the air conditioning barely worked, I reported it, but no one fixed it. IT made sleeping uncomfortable.
